Hi,
Can i make my arduino read signal from HDMI ?
for example i need my arduino read signal from receiver and make output to the my screen.

You could use it to read the DDC signal

I think he may be attempting some sort of On Screen Display ( but the posting was very vague>

Perhaps they need some sort of OSD shield

Or there are some great little arduino based OSD boards used on drones etc
