Read Data from SD Card on WIFI Shield

Hello to all,

I am a new user of Arduino, having an Arduino DUE board and a WIFi Shield board. My curretn project consists in reading data (numbers) from a text file on a SD card found on the WIFI shield.

I would like to know if it is possible to do this by connecting the two boards (the shield on top of the Arduino board) and try to use the SD card functions. How much data can the Arduino memory store?

Best regards, Jean

If your WiFi shield is compatible with an Arduino Due then you will be able to read files from the SD card and you should find examples showing you how to do that - it's something that Arduino web servers commonly do.
