Read sensors data from Arduino nicla + H7 lite as a Host

I have gone through some tutorials of Nicla Sense Me and H7 lite. I am trying to set up these two boards: Nicla Sense Me as sensors and H7 lite as a Host. I also connect these two boards by using the ELSOV cable. However, I still don't know how to get data from the Nicla sense me.

I've finished the first two steps, now I am waiting for anyone to give me help to read the sensors data as I can't understand step#3 and #4. I am also concerned that after I upload new code to the board if the examples (App and passthrough) will be invalided or not? Can anyone help me pls?

I changed the example code to Arduino_BHY2HOST and I got the following warning
and nothing showed up in the serial monitor
