Read the EEROM from 24C64 by Mega or Uno

Dear All,

Does some sample code can readout the hexdata from EEROM (24C64)?

I saw the someone shares the wiring like as attached file.

That wiring is wrong. SDA should be connected to pin A4 and SCL to pin A5.
