read & write EEPROM ?

Hi guys, I'm a new member. I get some problem with EEPROM 's arduino 328. Here is my code

void setMin(){
  lcd.setCursor(0,0);
  lcd.print("Gioi han Nhiet");
       lcd.setCursor(0,1); lcd.print("Min: ");
       lcd.setCursor(5,1); lcd.print(Min);
       lcd.setCursor(11,1); lcd.print((char)223);
       lcd.setCursor(12,1); lcd.print("C");

        if (up.isUniquePress()) {
         Min = Min + 5;
         lcd.setCursor(5,1); lcd.print(Min);
          }
        else if (down.isUniquePress()) {
         Min = Min - 5;
         lcd.setCursor(5,1); lcd.print(Min);
          }
}

void setMax(){
   lcd.setCursor(0,0);
   lcd.print("Gioi han Nhiet");
       lcd.setCursor(0,1); lcd.print("Max: ");
       lcd.setCursor(5,1); lcd.print(Max);
       lcd.setCursor(11,1); lcd.print((char)223);
       lcd.setCursor(12,1); lcd.print("C");
      if (up.isUniquePress()) {
      Max = Max + 5;
      lcd.setCursor(5,1); lcd.print(Max);
    }
      else if (down.isUniquePress()) {
      Max = Max - 5;
      lcd.setCursor(5,1); lcd.print(Max);
    }
}

I want to write ,read Min Max value to EEPROM and show it on LCD. Somebody help me write code. pls

Have you seen this and this?

Or this?

Tools

Auto Format
This formats your code nicely: i.e. indents it so that opening and closing curly braces line up, and that the statements inside curly braces are indented more.

EEPROM has limited writes. 100,000 writes is a lot but only if you control time between writes.

There is likely different code examples available with different EEPROM use strategies. I have not used EEPROM but I have seen forum threads about it.

I use SD card for storage. You can even make your own SD to Arduino adapter.
