Can I write(STORE) and read ANALOG DATA to and from the hard disk of the arduino.. or more so can I read/ write to my C-code from any other external storage (e.g flash memory add on) other than the eeprom since it's so small?

The arduino has no hard disc, but rather a EEPROM and a SRAM.
Both reading and writing to both of these roms/rams are easily found using google or just navigating through arduino.cc.
