I am new to this. :o I am trying to measure temp in a garment microclimate. Once I measure temp I need to respond by heating if below a certain temp. This entire project needs to be hidden in an undergarment. I need small low voltage products. I can find heaters that will run on 1.5 V but as far as measuing temp I have found (TMP 36) or that type and they require 3.3 to 5V. I don't have much space for batteries. Any suggestions on other options for temp measuring or power supply? Thanks.
A thermistor can be very very small (pinhead size). One or two resistors will be required to interface a thermistor with an Arduno ADC but SMT resistors are tiny.
