I've read other post about CNY 70, but neither deals with my problem, so here is:
I did a small PCB based on this - YouTube which is great and very understandable , but the thing is that when I test between signal and ground, after powering circuit on, I just get 5v all the time, no matter if I put something or not opposite sensor. I watched the IR led lighted up with my cellphone cam, but on the output I just get 5v all the time, so, what's wrong, I really don`t get it..
