Is the Y (vertical) axis, in both cases, the direct output of an analogRead() ?
The amplitude seems rather low for a possible range of 0 through to 1023 (for a 10bit ADC)
What load were you using? Something near to the maximum permitted load for the current transformers which looks like 5A for both the ZMCT103C and the TA12-100 or something substantially less ?
