Reading the serial data

Hello All, I am trying to read the data coming serially I have written code after going through serial input basics in forum the code looks like below one.

#include "SPI.h"
#include "SoftwareSerial.h"

SoftwareSerial mySerial(5, 6);
char byteRead;

void setup() {
  // Turn the Serial Protocol ON
  Serial.begin(9600);
  mySerial.begin(9600);
  while (!Serial)
  {
    ;
  }
}

void loop() {
  /*  check if data has been sent from the computer: */
  if (mySerial.available()) {
    byteRead = mySerial.read();
    Serial.print(byteRead);

  }

but the data is skipping as i compared by connecting with the Realterm i am getting the results like below one. B5620101130A0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000F0FF000009FC0A0000000300000000000000000000000000F4FFF7061DDAB41B0000000000000000000031F50000000000002500000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000BE000F003300000000131F000000000000004DA0B56201019F0A0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000E4FF040009FC000003000200000000000000000000000000EFFF3605243C203500000000000000000000

But the data coming in arduino com port looks like thisB5621113A0000000000000000000000000FffF009FCA000030000000000000FFF7600000000003F000000250000000000000000000000BFFF0033000013F00000004DAB562119F0A00000000000000000000000000E4FF0409FC003000200000000000EFFF3605243C35000000000

Please suggest what is wrong and the data is coming at serious high rate i have even tried changing the baud rate but results remain the same..

data is coming at serious high rate

Maybe you could tell it to lighten-up a little?

If you mean this Serial Input Basics I see no sign of it in the code you posted.

Is there an end-marker in the datastream to break it up into separate massages?

What does the data represent?

What is it coming from?

no, thats the problem i couldn't include the code as u have written in serial basics..

The data is coming from Auto pilot

Thanks , But i Can't

Post a link to the datasheet for the auto pilot. I suspect there is some simple mechanism to detect the end or start of messages.
