anyone know how to make a real time application (sending data like video or voice ) between two Arduino s ??
Also the requirement equipment too

You really need to much more specific.
What specific devices are you trying to interface? What are your time constraints?
I haven't seen any great examples of arduino handling video, but it can definitely work with a little audio.
Sounds like you are trying to build your own skype/facetime application. It'd probably be easier and cheaper to buy a phone
