RealVNC is going to pay only

I've been using RealVNC on my Ubuntu servers (in my basement) for years, but on June 17, the free home version of RealVNC is going away.

RealVNC has been amazingly simple to install and use, but I have no choice but to find another VNC.

What is recommended? (That works!)

I use TightVNC on the home network with no problems. Gave up on RealVNC years ago.

I didn't see a download or install for Linux.

Works on the RPi too, of course.

What all this does have to do with "Using Arduino"?

I do much of my Arduino development work on an Intel NUC running Ubuntu. The NUC is in my basement, so a VPN is necessary.
