Receive a text file in bluetooth then send it in RS 232

Hello to you!

I would like to get help on a project I'm working on.

I need to make a box that will take a text or binary file sent on a line to make a kind of "serial transmission".

-Have a text file
-Make the code to read then send me in RS 232
-Send it on one line
-Bluetooth reception for the text file

I need to receive an animation in Bluetooth and save it. In a loop, I need to sequence the animation by modulating the power supply voltage of the blocks.
