I am working with esp32-s3 touch LCD 1.28 microcontroller which has Qmi8658c embedded sensor. I receive 0 value even by rotating. can somebody help?

In my experience the easiest way to tidy up the code and add the code tags is as follows
Start by tidying up your code by using Tools/Auto Format in the IDE to make it easier to read. Then use Edit/Copy for Forum and paste what was copied in a new reply. Code tags will have been added to the code to make it easy to read in the forum thus making it easier to provide help
Please post a schematic showing how the components of your project and its components are connected and powered. A picture of a hand drawn circuit is good enough

its got a nice wiki page but the demos are primary for the display! 
maybe contact the support team to understand how to code for the gyro/accelerometer.
