Receiving/Transmitting PMR446 signals using an arduino

Hi!
I am new to arduino and wanted to ask how to transmit/receive 446mHz signals using an arduino.
I got no good results in the internet and that is why i put this question here.

(i didn't know where else i should put this question)

In my part of the World PMR446 would be audio, as in walkie talkies etc.
