and i dont know which is GSM or Wifi ?
all is 8 cm with UFL connector and white plastic body

so is there any way to recognize them ?

Use a vector network analyzer to see at what frequency the response peaks.

Or maybe ask the vendor where you bought them.

Or take them apart and measure the wire lengths.

if i open the cover, how can i found with wire length ? whats the size of gsm wires

You measure the length of the wires with a ruler.

They are probably either 1/4 or 1/2 wavelength long.

Try them and see what happens.

Maybe the vendor sent you two of the same type by mistake?

i attach one of the antenna to SIM800L UFL connector and result is noting change with
previous spring gsm antenna (3cm spring antenna), both shows AT+CSQ equal to 25

i think external antenna must be better than spring 3cm spring antenna ...

i havnt ESP32 at this time for testing with wifi modules

If its an antenna designed for the frequency, then you would normally expect it to be.

Did you get the antennas from a trusted source ?
