Recommendation for a solution/ BMS for 2 18650 batteries in serial

Hi!

For my project I soldered two 18650 3.7V 3Ah 2C batteries in series. I soldered these to a TP4056 for charging.

I found it wouldn't charge and measured the Voltage of the two batteries separately and one is at 0V and the other at 3.5V.

I assume that the batteries didn't discharge equally?

From searching I found a BMS would help? Can anyone recommend a small and easy solution?

That should do it for you. The battery measuring 0V belongs in the junk. Replace with 2 new batteries as they need to be roughly matched.
