Recommendations for electronic design and manufacture in the UK?

I'm looking at getting my prototype design, re engineered in to a professional product, including both the electronic design, PCB design, and assembly. Probably for 10 proof of design, and then a further 100 units in the first instance.

Can any one recommend any where for this in the UK / London?
