I'd like to use some leds but the main part of the project is to recreate that smoke effect that pulls out from the blade. For that i have a little air pump and an resistance that i took from a electronic cigarette. For the battery i took à cell from a xiaomi scooter. I charged the cell up to 4v to test my components when i plug the pump, everything is working well but when i plug the resistance the voltage drops down to 3.4-3.5 volts ? Is this viable ? How long can i use the resistance before its gettint to hot ? (for the knive i'd like to use carbone fiber pla and petg for a custom tank).

Is that a question or a statement? Does it in fact see that voltage drop in practice or are you asking the forum if that is expected to happen in theory?

I understand English is not your first language, but please don't blame that for the communication problems, because the real problems are the lack of technical detail in your question and about the components you are planning to use.
Unfortunately, getting the technical detail for components scrounged from proprietary products will be almost impossible. The original manufacturers don't just give that data away to others for free! It's their "intellectual property".

Firstly thanks for you response and sorry for the lack of technical details, I wrote the post in precipitation. I'll try to put as much details as possible.
Yes, it's a statement the voltage drops to around 3.4-3.5V when using the resistance. About the resistance, the only technical details I can tell you about is it's a 6 ohm resistance with a power consumption between 10-14W (it's what's written on it).
Let me be more precise about the project I want to create. As I said, I want to recreate the reaver karambit as I precised as possible. For that I want to create the smoke machine that'll be in the knife it self. I want to add 2-3 ws2812b LEDs (https://a.aliexpress.com/_Evt50zS). All of that will be controlled by a microcontroller like an Arduino nano and transistors for the pump and resistance.
What I shared to say about "is it viable" is that if the power drops because of the resistance how will this affect the autonomy of the system, won't this be a problem for powering the Arduino ? And all of that is destined to be in a small closed area, aka the knife.
