It says redefinition of 'int buzzer', I tried changing the pin to a PWM and even tried analog input for some reason. I got frustrated and tried it as a constant variable, but then I got a declaration error.

That should be:

  if (digitalRead(button1) == HIGH) {

Ditto for a lot of other places.

It says redefinition of 'int buzzer',

Please copy and paste the exact error message. It would have a line number as part of it.

I did the changes and I called noTone(buzzer) after each time in the loop that the program reads the button as LOW. After making such changes, it worked, Thank you for the help Nick!
