Refresh SIM Data

Hi Forum,

I am having some problems with my GSM Shield. When I try to refresh data on the http://arduinosim.movilforum.com/, the page returns blank fields: NO TELEPHONE NUMBER / NO DATA REMAINING . Anyway, when I try to upload sketches, the board always returns GPRS network connectivity, but it seems that is not able to make calls or send SMS.

Have you experienced the same problem?

Same problem with the website for me, I sent them an email. I was unable to renew service and all my cards show 0 data, even though several have data for sure...
