hi all,
My project is based on CAN SAE J1939. In that i have some questions
what is SPN and what is address claiming process.
previously i have searched in internet but i cant able to get more informations.

Thanks for your link. I was read that document fully.In that document they have mentioned that SPN is the diagnostic fault code terminology.what i got understand is that when any error occur in particular segment then the ECU will send corresponding SPN ID. whether my understanding is correct or not.Awaiting for your reply.Thanks in advance
