The reasons no one has answered you request are:

  • Vagueness of question?
    To hook up a MOSFET H-Bridge, connect the wires?
  • What is a 18v15?
    Are you asking "what is the correct MOSFET H-Bridge to use with 18 to 15 volts?

I am currently designing a circuit using a:
STMicroelectronics VNH5180A-E H-Bridge. The chip can switch 41V at 8Amp. at up to 20khz.
But, if I ask anyone how to 'hook it up'? I would expect them to laugh a me.

You need to describe:

  • What you want to do?
    Drive a motor(synchronous, Brushed, Brushless), Drive a solenoid, Light up a string of LED's
  • Describe you proposed circuit.
    With a drawing, a picture of a pencil sketch is acceptable
  • Describe how that your circuit failed.
    How it did not work as you expected.

Here is my H-bridge circuit, I doubt it would help you.
