I'm working with arduino lately and wanted to ask a question in this fantastic fourum now.
Is it possible to regulate the intensity of the vibration of a vibration motor with one FSR sensor?
If yes can somebody please tell me wich one I should use?
Thanks and reguards
I think that's pretty much a variation of this standard example.
The potentiometer there is basically how an fsr gets wired up, and the pwm-ed intensity of the led is (I think) how you would vary the intensity of the vibration.
As to which fsr, I have no idea, but I reckon they'll all be pretty much the same, except I've seen some small "button" sized ones and some bigger square ones.
In fact this is an even better example, since it actually uses an fsr to control an led.
this helps a lot. Thank you very much!
Does this work with every vibration motor? Do you have any recomandations for a specific vibration motor?
Does this work with every vibration motor?
I didn’t even say it does work, I said I think it would work.
the pwm-ed intensity of the led is (I think) how you would vary the intensity of the vibration.
And since afaik even a small vibration motor motor draws more current than an i/o pin can provide, you’ll need to run it off a transistor, something like this.
