hai.. may i know. it is possible to control for the coin acceptor to reject a coin by using arduino. i try to search related topic about it but couldn't find. The specification said it can be control using a controller.

if yours is different, then the output will be different.
im using jy-923 coin acceptor.. i try to find the datasheet but could'nt find.. right now im able to receive the coin, and display it at lcd, but i dont know how to make the coin to reject in a certain amount

Note #5 under Features tells you how to set the accuracy. It says "1" is the most accurate (so there may a chance of rejecting a good coin) and "30" is the least accurate (so more likely to accept a bad/fake coin).
The datasheet looks a little "light" to me... It doesn't tell you what kind of data you're getting from it... There is a standard (or maybe more than one standard) for coin mechanisms. I found: [u]Multi-drop Bus[/u] and maybe that's what it uses.
There's also something about "AP" mode in the datasheet, so you might do some research to find out what that is...
