Relay 5v module randomly worked

Our project is to make vending machine. We have ir sensor connect to Arduino uno r3 and we have 2 servo that power input is from regulator(only 2 servo power input is from regulator) and relay 5v 1 Chanel module that connect with uno board and to turn on or off air fryer(tefal ey1018) and the problem is other devices can worked but sometime relay can’t . How can we solve this. The working step is when the product move and ir sensor detect it first servo will work to move product by lead screw to air fryer(using delay time) and after that relay will turn on air fryer (using delay time about 2 min 20 sec) and first servo will move product back and second servo will flip product to next step. The problem is some time relay work sometime it’s doesn’t work( product move to it but it skip frying step and come back and then another servo flip it or sometime it doesn’t work after product move to air fryer)ข้อความก่อนจัดรูปแบบ

Use another regulator for the relay

Show a proper schematic (photo of hand drawn is fine).

5V Single-Channel Relay Module it's spec say Relay maximum current is 10A and Relay maximum contact voltage – 250VAC or 30VDC. My air fryer spec is 220VAC 16A and I want to connect relay to turn on or off air fryer. Is this work or not because I try to use it but some time it work sometime it doesn't work. 5V Single-Channel Relay Module - Pin Diagram, Specifications, Applications, Working

5V Single-Channel Relay Module - Pin Diagram, Specifications, Applications, Working from this datasheet it's say Relay maximum contact voltage – 250VAC or 30VDC
and Relay maximum current – 10A. And I want to connect it with air fryer to turn it on/off and it's spec is 220V 16A. Is this can work or I should buy Relay that has maximum current – 20A because I try to use it but sometime it's work and sometime it's doesn't work.

The clue will be "maximum current". If the relay contacts are rated for 10A and you are trying to switch 16A, then you are exceeding the specification by more than 50%.

It's likely that you will end up with relay contacts that weld themselves shut and you can't switch off the load.

Why are you double posting? I flagged the second request and this one.
You can use that if you want but expect problems such as a fire, welded contacts, melted plastic etc. They put specifications on relays for a reason. You must not exceed them if you want a long safe life. They also have a DC and AC rating as well as Voltage. As long as you do not exceed them you will be OK. You can use a 20A relay a 50A relay or whatever that has a higher AC current and voltage rating. If the insurance companies checks and it is mis-applied it may not cover it.

When you replace the relay open it up and see what has happened to its innards.

Update I change relay to 30A and it’s work but when relay off air fryer doesn’t off

Hi, @grittapop_123

Please draw a diagram of how you have connected the fryer to the relay terminals.

Thanks... Tom... :grinning: :+1: :coffee: :australia:
