Can you post a complete circuit diagram showing your power supply and how you have got the lamp connected to the relay.
If you have made a PCB, can you post a copy of the PCB layout?
Can you post a picture of your project so we can see your component layout.
A hand drawn labeled diagram of your connection to your PCB will be good.
Do you have bypass capacitors fitted to the supply pins of your 168 microprocessor?
