Relay burning after some comutations

You have still not addressed the problem of using the transistor in the wrong configuration. You want a common emitter circuit not a common collector.

Actually i did, but this schematic attached is not updated.

If i don't have a load connected on the relay it doesn't happen.

Which means you are getting interference from switching the mains, you need to include a snubber circuit in line with your lamp.

I am gonna search for snubber circuits, thank you.

This sounds like a power supply prolbem where the drain on the supply by your load is affecting the supply to your arduino.

The primary buffer cap (7805 input) seems small for ~200mA current draw (two relays + MCU).
Depending on AC voltage, 470uF/16v could be a minimum value. 1000uF would be better.
So what value have you used.

I am using 2200uF/16v in the input ofr 7805.
What else could be limitting my current to loads/mcu?

Thank you so much for the considerations.
Always helpful.
Yes, it is actually my first designed board.
I am gonna take in account what you said to the next version.
Now i am using the relay coil as a collector load and it's receiveing the 5v, but like said here before, it looks like i am still running out of current for some reason.

Can i ask you if that circuit board is what you are using ?
Can you post a picture of your actual experimental circuit. ?

Sure.

obs:this is a new version of the first board, i have things to change yet like moving the relay coil to collector, adding points of mesure and other things, but is better then the previus, i guess. very simillar of what i have inside this module shown in the pics.
