Relay burning after some comutations

matbks:
You say for exemple using 0.1uF between rf vcc and ground?
Why is that?

Because you are dealing with digital electronics and switching current/relays, your power supplies will contain switching glitches.

The glitches can influence the behavior of your Rx, either as noise entering the aerial, or in the Rx analog processing stages via the Vcc pin.
Glitches can also manifest themselves as false digital signals, not welcome on a high-speed digital PCB.
Flying leads or wires routed together can cause the induction of glitches in neighbouring wires.

If you ever get a chance to look at a 20 or 30 year old digital PCB, you will find every digital IC has a bypass cap next to it to supress the generation of noise or the injection of noise through the power supply.

Tom..
PS if you are pushed for space, a SMD cap fitted under an IC will do the job.
PS you used to be able to buy 14 and 16 pin IC sockets with bypass caps integrated into them, between pins 14 and 7 or 8 and 16.
