Relay led glows dim and switch doesnot work

I am making a Bluetooth control car using arduino relay and hc-06 bluetooth module..First it was going all right bt what happen now the led of relay is glowing dim and also switch is not working. Please helpme

No code, no schematic.

I expect you are powering the relay from the Arduino power supply , which you shouldn’t

But ... you need to post the info requested .
