The datasheet on a polish website confirms that it's magnetic: Magnetic ballasts in loss class EEI = B2
It has a starter and flickers.Conclusion: magnetic crap.
Is there a way to mitigate it's effect? Diodes, isolation, wrap the ballast in tin foil, ... ? Something?
