Thanks for the suggestions. But I couldn't fix it even by cleaning up the wiring, seperating the connections or use shielded cable. I simply changed my TL's to LED's and removed the ballast and starter. No more interference. In the end I have no idea what the root cause was, but the problem is solved now. Case closed and thanks for the support.
