Remote Control via TCP Sockets (ESP Module)

Hello everyone,
I want my NodeMCU (ESP) to work as a WiFi access point. It should be able to receive packets via TCP sockets and then process the data and control a servo. I’ve already made an Android app that sends a packet in the form of 100,120,20\n to port 1337. But I can’t quite manage to receive and process the data on the Arduino in C++. Does anyone know how to achieve this?

Thank you!

(assuming you already installed the esp8266 arduino platform)
