Help!!!!!!!!!!

I'm doing a project for the school that consists of remote control of a car via Android.

Components:
Arduino Uno;
HC-06 Bluetooth module;
L298N Engine Control Module;
1 Motion Engine;
1 Direction Engine;

Connections:
OUT 1 and OUT 2 ports of the L298N Module to the direction engine;
OUT 3 and OUT 4 ports of the L298N Module to the motion engine;
GND port of the L298N Module to the GND port of the Arduino;
8x1.5V batteries to the 12V port of the L298N Module;
1x9V battery for the Arduino;
HC-06 connections:

  • 5V to the 5V port of the Arduino;
    GND to the GND port of the Arduino;
    RX at the port 3 of the Arduino;
    TX at the port 2 of the Arduino;

I can not get it started ... I'm desperate, I do not want to take a bad grade, I'd like you to help me by sketch because I can not do it.

Many other people have done something very similar and lots of them have provided information on the Web. Google is good at finding that sort of stuff. A search like "Arduino remote car bluetooth" or maybe "Arduino rc robot bluetooth" will find loads of interesting information.
