I can log into Remote-xy but I cannot post a question ass it requires a 'username' . When I opene3d account it asked for email, but not username. Will not open a page to post until I give a username, even though I am logged in ok.
How to contact Remote-ex to sort.

When I log in to the forum I can see everything ok. This log in asks for 'email' address.
When I go to 'new topic' it asks to log in again!. But this time in log in screen it asks for 'username'. Will not accept my email, which is the only name I have given them.
Would someone mind to ask the forum how to find out the username. Cannot find it in any settings.
