Define what you think the limitation of the number of transmissions is. If the datarate is what you mean by that term, that is limited by the LORA concept. The LORA network is a shared medium, you have to share the frequencies with all other people using the network. This means you have to limit the datarate to something below the theoretically maximum to detect the need of bandwidth from others.
