As was suggested when this very question was asked yesterday over in the The Things Network Forum;
"I’m pretty sure the limitation you mean is imposed by government regulations, so unless you’re in a Faraday cage, you shouldn’t be disabling this limitation, not even for experimental purposes."
But the answer was apperently ignored ?
