Don't do it! You'll expose your Arduino and possible yourself to dangerous voltages.
The Ardunio should be optically isolated from the AC voltage. A microcontroller-controlledAC dimmer normally has an isolated phase-detector circuit and an isolated TRIAC.
There are digital potentiometers, but I I don't know if they are rated for 120 or 220V ,and again, the important thing is isolation.
Can somebody tell me how am i gonna do it ?
I agree with DVDdoug you can't do it without it being fatal.
