[request] 2 of the 4 holes for attachement can not be used by spacers

Today I wanted to attach a yun using the 4 holes. When I tried to attach spacers I found that when trying to put a spacer in 1 hole (the one next to the sd card) the sd card holder is actually to close. The spacer pushes on the sd card holder which may break the sd card holder when force is used. I think moving the hole 1mm away from the sd card holder may fix the problem.
I also found that the hole close to pin 13 is usable but to close to the header for my feeling of comfort. IMHO Moving a mm away from the header would do again.
Can this be considered in the next batch?

I've been thinking about this. If the holes can not move due to backwards compatibility; it may be an option to go from round holes to elipses.
