Request clues to developing cheaper production pipeline.

Hello everyone,
I'm young arduino lover from Poland, and i have a question about feauture of projects which starts on arduino platform- I just want to make sure, do i understand whole idea in the right way.

I have a prototype which i've made by using arduino uno, mpu6050 gyroscope and also bluetooth module jy-mcu.
In the next step I want to created a PCB for them and for atmega 328 standalone with coin batery to power them up.

I want to make something about 20 copy of this device for now and this way is ok for now. But when i would like to make more of them it's quite expensive. And now my question what can i do to make production process cheaper ? With what can i replace a arduino deticated gyroscop and bluetooth modules ?

I'll appricate all clues in topic of making biger production pipeline for my project.

If you want cheaper, you can use the open source and open hardware information and have "generic" (no Arduino Logo) boards produces and populated in China/other. Then you are working with the economics of mass production.

If you want less expensive sensors, do the hard work of sampling what is available in the marketplace, secure samples, prototype and evaluate. Lots of hard work.

Design is a complex art. It is really not something that can be taught in a forum post.

You could look for a commercial Arduino clone with an integral gyroscope (there are lots - perhaps there is one in your price range), or look at the PCB designer services which publish a library of PCB designs and look for an Arduino which includes the gyro. The BT would still be implemented as a separate sub-board but it does not need to be an Arduino shield which opens you up to lots of potential suppliers. You could also look for a clone that includes BT, but that seems like a less likely combination and I'm not optimistic you'll find it. If you have the capability to design electronic assemblies then you could design your own Arduino clone which includes everything you want, but there's a lot involved in that and based on your first post I suspect it's something you would want to contract out to a professional rather than do it yourself..

Yes, I am aware of that, but anyway It's always good to ask, I think.

I don't want to use Arudino at all- I will replace whole board with my own PCB, with atmega 328 and all necessary, elementar components.
But my bigest trobule is with that gyro sensor, and BT module- they are 2 the most expensive parts of project. And I wonder how can i replace them to make it cheaper.
How half profesional companies makes their own devieces ? Lots of people for example on Kickstarter, are selling their devices with BT module, on price which for me is the price of one component only. Even in the wholesale, when you buy +1000 pieces.

Probably it's good idea- to be honest, electronic stuff is only my hobby, and maybe now, after arduino prototype's ready it's time to contact with specialist..

You may find that problematic as most coin batteries cannot supply much current. So first you have to total the current demand of all the stuff and then check with battery datasheets to see if one can support that much current.
