Request for expert to modify online specs/ ref

I realize that I could make the edits myself... but I'm to new to Arduino to trust my grasp of the facts.

At....

... we read...

"Each pin can provide or receive a maximum of 40 mA and has an internal pull-up resistor (disconnected by default)..."

... but it doesn't say (nor should it, here) how to connect those resistors.

Could someone create a link via the "disconnected by default" text to someplace that explains how to connect the resistors?

I'm guessing that the information should be in....

There's a short description on the board page: basically you write a HIGH to the pin when it's in INPUT mode. Also, the pinMode(), digitalWrite(), and digitalRead() pages have links to a Description of the pins on an Arduino board, which also describes how to activate the internal pull-ups.
