Rescue Robot

Hello guys,

I have a question about building a Rescue Robot.
This year I went to Istanbul for the World Cup RoboCup, and for next year I want to build a Rescue Robot to participate the World Cup in Mexico-City.

I am new with all this kind of stuff, because I always build my robots with the NXT, so I don't know what I need to build a Rescue Robot..

I want to build a robot with 4 motors and about 9 sensors.
I want a gripper with its own motor on the front of the robot.
What do I need to build this, besides the Arduino Uno?

Can somebody please help me?

No, 5 light sensors to follow the line, 3 ultra sonic sensors to follow the wall and search the victim and maybe 1 or 2 push/touch sensors..

Could you explain, why you want to use 5 light sensors to follow the line?
I also build a rescue robot and I don't need 5 sensors. Most times I use two of them. I'm really interested in your method to follow the line :slight_smile:
