Reset button

When I press the reset button on my Diecimila, the running program does not restart. Seems like it has no effect.

I am using the brand name Diecimila, powered over usb. I have not messed with the bootloader if that matters.

Solder on reset looks good.

When I press the reset and release, what Leds on the board should blink/change?

In my Decimilia, when I press reset, the L led is on for a short amount of time (half a second maybe)

okay. My button is kinda inconsistent, but when it does reset, the led flashes and program restarts.
