Resistor between battery and microcontroller?

(post removed)

Your circuit is autunomous, there should be no voltage spikes in it.
The power supply (battery) must have minimum internal resistance.
Therefore, no resistor is needed between the power supply and the controller.
The resistor will create controller voltage instability during the operation of the LED and buzzer.
You can increase the resistor in series with the buzzer until you are satisfied with its volume.
The same goes for the LED.
Better to take a red or orange LED and limit its current to 1-2 mA, it will also be visible.
