I'm running Windows 10 x64. Yesterday all of the sudden font changed in my Arduino IDE, menus only.
It's almost unreadable...
Edit text is fine, just menus having these issues...
Doesn't look like any other windows apps affected just Arduino 1.6.5
What font does it use for menus? Probably something got corrupt on my system...
Reinstall the IDE.
Are you using the public release or INSIDER build ?

Got it fixed. Enabled "ClearType text" via Control Panel and went thru adjustment wizard. That fixed the issue. Not sure if I had it enabled before and it got somehow disabled or going thru wizard reset font settings, but now everything is good.
Okay. Nice. I havent used the W10 in a while as I don't have a compatible PC, I may have used the Release build when I was using Insider builds on my secondary PC, however, you made it.

And I actually realized which app caused the issue in the first place. It was ancient program called "Helen" (meant for Win XP or older) that I recently installed. It used for programming old flip dot displays used in buses. It came with bunch of fonts, some of which appear to replace some system fonts. Kind of sucks that W10 just let it do it...
