RF controlled LED bulb for home automation

I have done some work on this - use normal RF remote control (those cheap eBay) to control 5W-9W led bulbs. But I don't like the RF link, it is not as reliable as I thought. Any recommendatiion on RF module to use? It has to be very small, I mean my current RF controlled led bulb is little bigger than a (US) penny.

Also, must be cheap, too

30 feet is enough, but to go across a concrete wall, I think I need at least 100ft transmitter. I am using a 433Mz ASK module, works OK except I don't like the idea it not being an digital one :slight_smile:

I will post more of my project like pictures, etc.
