rf interference connecting nano to ham radio

i am facing a problem when connecting ham radio (uv-5r) to nano. The Nano should be programmed to switch on a relay to press the ham’s ppt, and i used another pin to generate signal to the mic in of ham. I used human detecting module to be sensor and if anyone moves close to this device, i can get signal by another ham.

But the problem is, when the signal cable pysically connected with ham the interference makes the nano crazy. Of course i know the cable should nit close to the ant. of ham. And i had also ground shield the 2 signal cable bur still not success. i am thinking the interference is directly come from the cable inside.

Could anyone help?

I had modified the cable become 2ft longer from nano to ham and it seems to be fixed. No interference anymore even put the ant. very close to the cable (very strange), but anyway. Thanks.
