Hi guys,
I'm getting strange noise on DATA pins of RF433 transceiver. See oscope picture attached. Any suggestions what can be wrong?

Nothing wrong, probably. You are using a super regenerative receiver which turns the self oscillation on and off at an audio frequency. Try a better receiver that is not a super regenerative receiver.
