is it possible to read card data and clone it to and another card using RFID 522
for example i need to clone my building card to a new programmable one like the card coming with 522 Kit.

Not sure what that means but what part of NO are you having difficulty with?
EDIT :- do you mean what equipment can you use with an Arduino to clone a card. Simple, there is non.
You can only read the card, apart from the ID bytes, if you have the authentication keys. You can not program the ID bytes at all. While there are some very suspect and expensive Chinese cards where you can reprogram the ID bytes, you still need the authentication keys to read all your card.
