RFID module + XBEE module

So I have figured that I maybe can connect 2 moduls so they can act as one.

This is the RFID module:

And this is the XBEE module:

This is the original device:

I programmed the 2 XBEE modules that I had and they can communicate. Then I installed the XBEE module and the RFID module to each other but it didn't work.

Do I need a code for the RFID code to work? Maybe there are certain pins that should be connected and if that's the case, witch one is it?
